Hi! I'm Ilini (eye-elh-eye-en-eye) and I'm here to share in the love of our favorite fat man Wario. Particularly I am a big fan of his Land series, but I've also dabbled in some of the Ware games. I don't want to be the kind of fan who loves one series while shaming the other; to me, they're two sides of the same beautiful coin.

I may not be the most active here since my interests fluctuate a lot (I only recently replayed the numbered Land trilogy + VB as of writing this), but I do have a lot of thoughts on the character of Wario and his outings that I don't have anywhere else to unleash. So expect some of them sometime sooooooon.....

I have played through all of the Wario Lands to 100% (barring Shake It, I got all the treasure in that one but the missions were too tedious. Might try it again sometime), and I like all of them in different ways. My favorites are 3 and II, which I feel have the best controls and mechanics. I do also like 4, but not quite to the fan favorite status the majority of players seem to have.
As for Ware, I am biased toward D.I.Y. since that was my first one, and any game that lets me make my own stuff gets extra points from me. I also liked playing through Gold, though I do still want to play more of the original games in their original forms. So far I've played the first one and Touched, which I both enjoyed.
There's also World and Master of Disguise... I enjoy a playthrough of World every now and then, even when I get a little burnt out by the third area. MoD is the only one I haven't played to completion yet, and I'm not sure I want to trudge through it again right now...

Ah fair enough. I guess you prefer the more 'Wario is invincible and puzzles/exploration are the key focus' era Wario Land games.

And WarioWare Gold is probably the best in the series. DIY is pretty cool too, the Discord for this place is very focused on that game if you haven't checked it out already.
