From scratch (I try to use the cleanest versions I can find).
I place them on FL Studio, then use an equalizer to select the part of the song I want to focus on, and lay out the notes of the instrument I want to use to match the song. To do so, I mess with the volume a lot.

I was asking because I realised I had ripped the Super Circuit and Wario Land 4 music a while ago, and thought you had perhaps done that too.

I got a comment asking about that on my videos, I'm affraid people will believe I do that, now... Is that the reason why people don't value video game remakes as much?
