Well there are cities in the Mushroom Kingdom. There's no reason why Diamond City can't be in any other kingdom. Who's to say there isn't cities in the Sand Kingdom somewhere?

Those are the two people always use tocharacterize the entire soundtrack for New Island. I listened to the whole soundtrack and the annoying kazoos are pretty much just in those songs. The rest of the soundtrack is pretty normal
