Regarding Captain Syrup's mention in AC:NH, I've done some research and I couldn't find anything but this, which states Which roughly translates to "AC:NH outside Japan: The event character "pirate" namedrops Captain Syrup".

I can see online leaderboards for each set of microgames or for each microgame but people will either figure out a way to cheese it out or to just plain cheat, which kind of defeats the purpose of that feature :wahlaughback:
