I would say positive since most ratings are positive and optimism is generally seen as a good thing. I know there's someone who loves leaving optimistic ratings here, so I'm sure he'd be glad to see it be positive.

It appears that notifications about post ratings are back on for me and there looks to be no way of turning them off this time. I know the upgrade isn't done yet, so I'll wait to see if it's available afterwards.
