What should Sakurai develop next? Wario Super Star Uprising Air Ride Adventure?

Well I wouldn't want an Ashley spinoff to just reuse all of Wario's supporting cast. I think Mona could have a significant cameo role, but I wouldn't overdo it with the others (especially since guys like Dr. Crygor and Orbulon are really science-fictiony, which clashes with Ashley's supernatural...

What should Sakurai develop next? Wario Super Star Uprising Air Ride Adventure?

Personally I would love it if Ashley got her own spinoff adventure game. And then Red could go on to get HIS own spinoff game. And then Red's pet goldfish could go on to appear in yet ANOTHER spinoff game. Then this site could change its focus to covering "The Wario Universe", and not just Wario...

    What is the staff's job?

As Grammy Waluigi always used to say, "Better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it." Also "Why have you never amounted into anything, you useless boy?!" and "Where's my goddamn Metamucil!? My colon's packed tighter than your Grandpappy's tobaccy pipe!"

What should Sakurai develop next? Wario Super Star Uprising Air Ride Adventure?

Keep in mind that Sakurai's Ashley would probably end up looking something like this: I mean you might prefer it that way, but I'm just saying.

WayForward should do a Shantae/Wario crossover game

Oh yeah, I would love this idea. And I love the idea of Wayforward taking over the Wario Land series even more.

Do you main Wario in Smash Bros for 3DS?

Well the weird thing about Wario's play-style in Smash is that he's a rather fast character with great aerial mobility. While this is completely counter to Wario's bulky, muscular build and established fighting style, it does make for a very fun character to play as when combined with his very...

Poll What game should be represented for Wario's stage in Smash Bros 5?

A Shake It stage would be the best, in my opinion, assuming it used the same art-style. That game was simply beautiful.

Will we every see Virtual Boy Wario Land on the eshop?

Yeah it just fits perfectly, doesn't it? I don't see any reason not to do it.

Can you remember the first time you saw Wario in a game?

Oops yeah it's supposed to be MK64.

What should Sakurai develop next? Wario Super Star Uprising Air Ride Adventure?

Well I don't dislike Game & Wario, I just prefer platform/adventure games. And I don't think Sakurai would make a platform/adventure game for Wario (since he clearly doesn't care about the Wario Land side of the Wario series).

What should Sakurai develop next? Wario Super Star Uprising Air Ride Adventure?

Hell no. Sakuari has shown that he's at least capable of doing DK justice (he and Diddy were protrayed very well in SSE), yet he has been nothing except incompetent with his handling of Wario. I imagine he would make a Game & Wario styled minigame collection, but with more menus and a lot more...

Will we every see Virtual Boy Wario Land on the eshop?

It just pisses me off that a classic Nintendo game is being relegated to the same status in Nintendo history as the likes of games like Mario is Missing and Hotel Mario, all because it was released on a failed console. It makes no sense.

Can you remember the first time you saw Wario in a game?

That's a good question. It's rather amazing that Wario managed to get into SM64 considering how he was made by a different team and hadn't yet appeared in that many games. I guess it must have been due to his popularity.

Is Wario the Japanese translation of a stereotypical American?

Impatient yes (though not really as much as you'd expect), but other than that he just acts like a normal guy who's learning about something new for the first time. I mean he understands everything he's being taught about game design and he's able to communicate in an articulate manner...

Can you remember the first time you saw Wario in a game?

This was my first exposure to Wario (it's actually extremely nostalgic seeing it again after all these years): I was never able to remember the name of the game, but for many years I remembered this commercial and the fact that Mario had a game in which he fought an evil counterpart named...

Is Wario the Japanese translation of a stereotypical American?

I'm more concerned about the "not very bright" thing. When was that ever portrayed? He seems to have a pretty good head on his shoulders to me, especially when it comes to making money. I mean he does run his own business, after all.

Will we every see Virtual Boy Wario Land on the eshop?

So I came across this video of an emulated version of VB Wario Land: And I just can't help but wonder why we haven't gotten this on the eshop. It's a polished, great looking game that's just sitting there in Nintendo's backlog, readily available to sell to us. I assume they paid a decent...

Is Sabrewulf like Wario Land 4?

I never thought about the similarity to Wario Land before, but yeah the "run back to the beginning" mechanic is very much like the one in Wario Land 4 and Shake It. And yeah, the art style is definitely channeling Donkey Kong Country. And the overworld sections remind me of Conker's Pocket...

Should there be a Diamond City sandbox game?

Yeah I think it's pretty sexist to judge a lady character based on her looks, when no one here is gonna suggest ditching Wario just because he's not Playgirl Magazine material. Not necessarily any. Missions involving Captain Syrup could be exclusive to Wario, while other characters would have...
