After much discussion among the staff team, we decided Wario Forums was due a bit of an overhaul. The series hasn't gotten much attention in the last few years, and with WarioWare Gold's disappointing sales outside of Japan, it's unlikely another game is due any time soon.

As a result of this, we've decided to shift focus elsewhere.

And well, what better subject than WarioWare's new breakout character Ashley! As you know, she's become a fan favourite in the Nintendo community at the moment, and Nintendo's marketing push behind her and Crazy Galaxy indicates that the company see her as their new major protagonist and Wario's replacement.

So in honour of this, and to capture a younger audience, we've decided to rename Wario Forums to Ashley Forums and focus on everyone's favourite witch instead.

Thanks for your understanding, and thanks for the hard work of @ThAshleyChannel and @Magma , who worked together to make this new vision for the site a reality!

Very clever, I would've never thought of this! I'm going to enjoy this as much as I can, as she's my second favorite WarioWare character. ¡Gracias!
 
Enjoy your party here, because I’ll be inactive for all day tomorrow. April Fools is the worst holiday in existence. Nuff said.

Also another reason, in my opinion, Ashley is the worst character alongside Mona.
 
Well, it's nice to know that the Western hemisphere didn't have to suffer through this tripe, considering that screenshot's already out-of-date.

The novelty of having colors other than yellow and purple is really the best part about it. MMMM maroon burgundy yes
 
Obviously this was an April Fool's Day joke. Either way, if you enjoyed it or liked the theme, it can be selected from the theme selector on the bottom left of the site.

"Ashley's Theme" I see what you did there.

Also, JulianT & Glowsquid will be made very happy by this discovery... well, y'know, assuming they ever make it.
 
I've been using the Ashley theme for a bit as a change of pace (I've never been so happy to see a website swathed in shades of red), and I was thinking, it'd be best to change "Ashley Land" and all that back to Wario Land, because in my opinion that makes the AshleyWare thing more amusing. Also, the top-right portion of the HUD still has blue text.

Hey wait a minute! I was just looking at my signature whilst scrolling, and-- you can change the color of default links to something besides Microsoft Default Blue? Why the hell haven't we changed it to a dark purple, or something? A (darker & less eye-straining version of) Classic Wario Magenta for unclicked links, Modern Wario Plum for locations you already have in your browser history, or perhaps that grey color they used for Classic Wario's shoes
