Cause I have to be honest... I'm curious how many Japanese 'culture' references are in the Wario Land and WarioWare franchises, and the usual suspects (Did You Know Gaming, Game Theorists, Gaijin Goomba) haven't really covered much of the Wario series...
I'm especially interested in whether the more 'wacky' ideas have any basis we're not getting. I mean, I doubt there's anything else out there quite like Cuckoo Condor or Catbat, but still, there could be quite a few stories behind the Wario Land 1/2/3 boss designs. Or some of the stages and treasures in general. Or for that matter, the character stories in WarioWare.
So yeah, is there anything?
