I always loved the Wario World boss defeated jingle:

As short as it is it fits Wario to a T.

The one for beating the main bosses of each world is pretty bitchin' too:

It has quite the grandios sound to it.

If were counting Dr. Mario 64 then this is my favourite Wario Victory theme, It fits Wario really well and sounds very Ware-esque. This is probably one of the best things about Wario in Smash sadly.
