Does Vampire Wario's theme sound like the Pink Panther one?

Gizmoirr just brought this up in a status update, so I thought I'd let everyone decide for themselves:





Personally, I can see where the comparison comes from.

Vampire Wario's theme has some jazzy notes that sound like of the Pink Panther's theme and also the Snide Headquarters theme in DK64 ( <-- I forgot to write this one on the status)

The Donkey Kong 64 bit might be deliberate, given Rare's love of referencing British and American media in their games.

At 47 seconds on the Pink Panther theme it does start to sound a little like the Wario Vampire Theme. Vampire Wario sounds like a cool guy. He deserves some shades because not only does vampires hate sunlight but he's cool. Snide's headquarters is closer to the Pink Panther theme though.
