Well, I must be honest, this is quite a rough piece, definitely needs some work, but as CM said, if you really enjoy doing what you do, then keep it up, practice, use references (not bases, that's a scummy thing to do), and you will improve!
I'm a self thaught artist, so my stuff is kinda rough around the edges as I had to learn plenty of stuff and techniques by looking at it and trying to recreate what I saw, but hey, I'm still learning and improving, I am no professional after all, so don't give up and hang in there, you can do it bud, I believe in you!
