That's a Slamma Gaxe, a mysterious robed creature with an axe. Max HP is 15, Attack is 5, and Defense is 2. As soon as you get close to it, it will slam down its axe, so get out of the way quickly. So like, are these things ghosts? Or are they in some kind of cult? Is that robe made of velvet?
