2018 was already a fantastic year for the series, what with WarioWare Gold being released on 3DS and Wario spirits in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

Hopefully 2019 will be even better, with Wario Land or WarioWare heading to the Switch! Happy new year everyone, and we hope the next year goes at least as well as the last one did!

I hope WarioWare Gold made will make the developers finally give the insight that there are still a lot of Wario fans that can't wait for more, and will make the Wario games more popular by better representation of him in other games. But for now, I'm slightly more optimistic than I was before Gold's release.
