To elaborate, the Fronk games in Twisted were a small selection of microgames that didn't have their own dedicated stage, but would come up at random in other characters' stages. The other thing that makes them stand out is that they are even shorter than regular microgame, which means that they can be quite frantic.
Personally I thought they were interesting, the change in music helped in preparing myself for them, so I never felt like I wasn't given a warning that something else is coming up and I do love how hectic they get, since I love the sugar rushesque speed that the games take on, after a while (then again that's kind of the point in WarioWare).
