I looked everywhere but I can not find how to unlock the wariokard minigame in Warioware Gold for 3ds. Can someone help me?

Have you collected all the character cards? I recall you needed all those, and perhaps all the other souvenirs too.
You need to unlock every single souvenir. I did it by getting coins through getting all the target scores and missions.

Yes, I took all the objects that can be obtained from the chacmachine, but I still miss a musical track, the last one on the list
Just play a round of Pumpkin Panic and it should become available.

Yep, you need to play that one at least once, to make the last track available via the Capsule Machine.
