How would you prefer Nintendo to re-release Wario Land games?

So, let's say we aren't lucky enough to get a new Wario Land game for now. Instead, we get a re-releases. How would you like it to be handled? First off, I wouldn't like a lazy collection because you know dang well it's gonna be $40 minimum for a glorified GBA emulator and a Wii remaster. I'd personally would like to have re-imaginings, especially for 4. I think that game had a lot of potential be missed just some things to be awesome. A WL3 re-imagining would be cool too, I still do not understand how this game works, please some one explain it to me.

Anyways... Nintendo make a new Wario Land game.

If it could be any of them, would love to see a remaster of Wario Land 3 and maybe Grezzo the team behind the Link’s Awakening remake take a crack at it. MercurySteam the team behind Metroid Dread would be a great choice too.

Somehow I think GIT's Daily Grind was meant to be a proof of concept for a Ware-inspired Wario Land imagining. If so, I imagine Wario Land 4 could work if developed by Intelligent Systems.

I understand Nintendo WILL overcharge for basic emulation but I'm taking a collection bundle because if they make new graphics I'll still complain about them even if they look nice. Better not mess with artistic intent on these old games. Better get the colors and animation just right Plus I just think a newcomers would be more enticed by either all 6 games in one or a full on new game

I wouldn't mind changing the artstyle of WL1-3 but I think 4 should look the same. If they were to do remake, I say they do like the Taxman releases of the Classic Sonic games where they use existing assets but reporgram the entire game.

Taxman style I don't have an issue. I mean I'll still be an annoying purist about SOMETHING but at least it's faithful. I'll agree that 4 has such a good look it should be untouched but with 3's improved animation over 2 it's a hard sell to me that it should be changed. Wario's fatness is too beautifully emphasized when running or going up ladders

To be honest I do the same with the Classic Sonic remakes by ranting about how the physics don't compliment the level design as well as in the original so I can't exactly blame you, lol.

I kinda want to see proper remakes or something here. Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 and Virtual Boy Wario Land in colour and the other games with shiny modern graphics and fully live recorded soundtracks would go so hard...
