What if the entire Mario franchise are games made by Wario. Mario represents what Wario wants to be, a popular hero who gets the women. Peach is his main goal, Luigi is the brother he never had, the mushrooms could represent some former or current addiction, and Bowser is the one thing we must all face, the end of everything. What do you guys think?

Not very credible, but I must say, it is a very creative theory.
But I highly doubt Wario sees something in Peach. Other than in some comic material that's likely not canon, Wario has never shown much interst in Peach, and is actually rather negative about her.
