It's a pretty easy to spot reference, but hey, doesn't that background outside Hotel Horror look familiar?

Yep, that's Crescent Moon Village (or at least, part of it), in either early evening or just before dawn. So your journeys through the Sapphire Passage have covered about one night in the same location. Pretty neat huh?

I never payed attention at the background outside of the hotel. I always assumed it has the same background as Crescent Moon Village because Nintendo was too lazy too make a diferrent one.
