Is it true that you cannot delete your account?

As the title says, I saw a tweet not so long ago about this forum, when i checked the comments i saw alot of people saying that you cant delete your account here, is it true?

I did see a post of someone wanting their account deleted, but I think it hasn't been as of now. I guess you could ask CM30 too but idk

I can say I don't have the option when I check user's account, nor is there any tools in the Moderator tab widget that seems applicable for it.

I did add a plugin for it, though I suspect it's disabled for super admins and I don't see any option for moderators to delete accounts or anything. XenForo doesn't have many options for this sort of thing.
