Is there a normal Nintendo Direct soon?

As in one, that's not a Partner Showcase, Indie World, etc?

There are rumours of one, with the possibility of a 3D Mario game getting announced in it:

And it feels like it would make sense given how early Nintendo's upcoming games are being released this year.

I was thinking it feels like forever since Splatoon Raiders and Rhythm Heaven Groove and thought they'd show more by now, but I think it only feels that way simply because there hasn't been anything outside of their reveal trailers
