Dr Coyle revealed and she's the last new fighter in Arms
Now this is a very interesting character
As Dr Coyle has played a very important role in the world of Arms as she is the director of Arms labs and has created Helix, Hedlock and Springtron.
She's the director of ARMS Laboratories, and a certified genius. Fascinated with ARMS since she was a young girl, Dr. Coyle decided early on to devote her entire life to ARMS research. Her plans for this research are not necessarily nefarious... She simply wants to be the most powerful ARMS fighter of all time...even if that means subjecting herself to her own experiments. But all her pain and hard work will be worth it if she wins the ARMS Grand Prix! - Arms website
She also has a large rivarly with Max Brass for the above mentioned reason (Her wanting to be the most powerful.)

Now while Arms doesn't have a straight up villain, I think this is possibly the closest we're gonna get to an actual antagionist in the series.

Anyways, like I said, this is the last Arms content update (Not counting Patches)
And while I am disappointed that we're not getting new content, All good things have to end they say
And I'm looking forward to what this franchise has up it's sleeves for the future. (That upcoming Graphic Novel looks and sounds very interesting)
 
Game is pretty neat but the way the unranked online mod works is totally retarded. Why can't I just pick the fucking mode I want??????
 
Maybe they were worried too many people would flock to one type of mode and you'd be waiting forever to play something if you weren't doing what everyone else was doing.

who's everyone favourite characters? i haven't touched most of the cast but so i'm maining mecannica with twintelle as a secondary

This is one of the few online experiences where I'm not bodied from the get go

The gameplay alone has made me excited for a new fighting game, haven't been this excited since GGxrd. I'll definitely be getting ARMS as soon as I can but so far my fav character is definitely Twintelle.

ARMS is my most played Nintendo Switch game so far. I love the multiplayer and all the characters.
I main Twintelle but am also good with Springman and his two clones as well as Misango.
Wasn't big on the ost first but it grew on me and now I have the songs stuck in my head 24/7.
Not a big fan of the party crashes or online party mode in general, I wish it gave a few more options like Smash. The only thing that's stopping me from completely enjoying the ranked mode is my shitty internet, but I'm not gonna worry about that.
and yes Twintelle's shiny butt is a 10/10.
Definitely hoping for a playable character in Smash, any of the characters are fine but it's most likely going to be just Springman with maybe Max Brass as a clone.
Hoping that we'll get a sequel someday in the future, it seems like the team still has a lot of new ideas for characters. I'd definitely buy it.
forgot to mention that this game is only playable with a regular controller, the motion controls suck

This is enough to make me get the game, so far it seems like a fun innovative game. Like the idea behind having to use multiple weapons and arms reach similar to other quirky battle modes/games in other series closest one being Splatoon.
