Today is a sad day, Masaya Nakamura, the founder of Namco and video game pioneer has passed away today at 91, without him, Pac-Man one of the most influential video games of all time and the first video game to truly hit the mainstream would have probably never happened and without him, a lot of Namco's beloved titles would have never happened games such as Dig-Dug, Klonoa, Tales, Galaga, Mappy, Katamari Damacy, Tekken, and Ridge Racer would have never existed, Rest in Piece Nakamura, and thank you for Bringing us Namco and making Video Games as big as they are today.

Guy lead the groundwork for the Japanese video game industry and left behind one of the strongest dynasty in modern gaming. May his legacy be remembered.
