I recently got the japanese Official Guide for my collection and i found something interesting out:
In the japanese Version you can hold up and tap the blinking TV Button so Wario tells you your fortune.
I got the japanese version and tried it and it works.
The Sprite is unused in our versions.
yknow i honestly feel like wario master of disguise personality wise does doing a "wario" game better than most of the actual wario games. it has the funky, offbeat, hilarious and at times often dark and bitter atmosphere and humor that gives Wario his grunge-esque edge to him, but it's made even better with the introduction of side characters and a full adventure, which I feel like the series was truly lacking stakes in that regard. MoD actually gives you people to care about but they're all done in the exact way you'd expect Wario characters to act, like the main villain being an...ancient demon who disguises themself as a blonde princess with awesome sunglasses. I honestly wish that if WarioLand games return Master of Disguise becomes the format (albeit obviously very improved gameplay wise) rather than the old old WarioLands.
