I searched the forum and didn't find anyone who has mentioned this before, so...

While browsing the many galleries of Mario Wiki, I came across this. I've never seen it before, and it really baffles me that nobody has ever made any mention of this.

The biggest change is, of course, that he has arms. His fists look a bit different, too. The buttons down his suit also seem to be missing. The greatest question, of course, is where in the world was this found? Was all of the concept art for WL3 archived and this was leaked from it? It's a very curious topic...

I also wonder if he actually had a name before Dr. Mario 64 dubbed him "Rudy", but they forgot to use it or something (and they obviously wouldn't reveal his name in any promotional material, because spoilers).
