Sad news. Satoru Iwata just passed

His first ingame cameo was in WarioWare:

... The "thanks for playing" get me every time.

The way Sky Williams words things, it's so good.

I feel everything he's saying. What killed me is when he says, one of Iwata's last comments was how he is sorry for disappointing his fans during the latest direct.

Ouch...

One of the things I really appreciated about Iwata was how sincere he felt to me in how he really cared about the company and it's fans and how all of his decisions where only in the best interest, so to hear the bolded part really makes this doubly feel like a knife in the stomache to me...

I can barely even comprehend that this is actually a reality right now, it all feels like a sick joke...Rest in peace Iwata, we will all miss you...

:palmtreeparadise:*Cries*Iwata, you did the imposible, put Nintendo in the top again on the GameCube generation and you did the Wii and DS that were for me the best consoles and where Wario had his debut on 7 games and joins the smash, it's true that these last years didn't be the best for Nintendo, but anyone remember you for your big job in the company, R.I.P and have a EXCELLENT travel to the sky

We should appreciate Iwata for what he did over the years. If he never worked at Nintendo or HAL Labs, we'd never have:

-Pokemon Gold and Silver
-Pokemon Stadium
-Balloon Fight
-Earthbound
-Gamecube
-Wii
-DS
-Kirby
-Smash Bros
-and much more. Iwata saved Nintendo.

Hopefully, whoever takes his job as president of Nintendo will do as great as him.
