Just saw an... interesting post on the Wario subreddit:
So, is it likely that Wario would date the topic creator?
Personally I'd say it's unlikely, but that's mostly because:
1. He's got something of a relationship already with Mona (and possibly some other characters)
2. Everything I've seen about Wario's romantic interests (however sparse that might be) indicates he's into women rather than men.
But I can't be any more sure than that. Wario's love life is hardly a popular topic for the series, and I don't think I've seen many characters ask him out on a date or anything.
