I'm surprised I didn't come across these yet, but they sound absolutely fantastic:







The creator of them also made a pretty neat remix of Palm Tree Paradise from Wario Land 4, completed with animated video:



He didn't make any more (that I can find), but still, these remixes are fantastic, don't you agree?

These are wonderful remixes! I love the boss theme the most. I'm actually thinking about doing remixes myself if I can find the time.
