It may be fan made, but it's got both Waluigi and Ashley as playable characters, and has Rice Beach as a Wario themed stage. So it's doing a better job than Sakurai on the Wario fan front...
The character drawings are quite crude, but it's kind of amazing seeing something like this. It's very much a fan production by the looks of things. They clearly put in a lot of effort to produce something like this.
