The good things about Wario in Smash 4

With all the revelations of Wario in smash 4 (both the good and the bad), I think we could use a thread about the positive suprises...
First of: his new design:

He doesn't look nearly as obese as he did last time, his muscles are more pronounced and the brigther colors just work much better for the Ware design.
Here is the brawl one, so you can compare for yourself:

His animations are much smoother this time and heck, his runncycle acually kind of resembles the one from land 2 & 3.
While the lack of any new stage or music for the 3ds version is disapointing, we atleast got something and who knows, maybe the Wii u version will suprise us...
Oh yeah, having two(three if you count Waluigi) assist trophys is pretty awesome!

Whenever he lands on the ground after jumping, he makes this low-pitched, 8-bit-ish "ba-doom" sound that's common all over many R&D1 games.


Also yeah, the WarioWare stage here should have been like PictoChat 2 (seriously...?) and have been "WarioWare 2" with different microgames instead.

Now that begs the question: What new Wario stages should Smash Wii U have?

It's ripped from the game, which is why it looks a bit... odd, the Ware one has that too (like the goggles on his hat).
They probably wont release the artworks for the unlockables, until after release.
But it's definentaly the real deal, it matches it's ingame counterpart and the guy who ripped it also had the ones for all the other alts/unlockables and they are a little pixely as well.

Thats actually quite likely.
Given the 3ds's smaller screen and lower resolution, it seems like a waste to put a hd quality render into a game, when you could just lower the quality to a point where it saves space, without beeing noticable on the handheld itself.
I can't wait until we get the full quality ones.
Also: it seems like the assist trophy characters aren't getting renders this time around, which would be a shame since I was hoping for decent Ashley,Kat & Ana and Waluigi ones...
