There's an Advance Game Port (basically an action replay that can also play GBA but not previous GB generaiton games, GBA player-style) code for the first WW that remove the three difficulty-levels cap, allowing microgames to be played at much higher difficulty levels than what's in the final game. I was aware the microgames "samples" in Wario World had higher difficulty levels than the traditional threes, but interestingly, it seems even those that weren't featured in that game have new graphics and behaviours beyond what's accessible ingame. Thanks Supper Mario Broth!

The video the cap is from:

One of the comments claims this also apply to Twisted and Touched and he told me he could record gameplay of those.

It's a pretty neat find. What do you think?

Interesante, although I imagine most of them would just be glitched-out messes. Would love to see that for Twisted!, there is a video already out there of Touched! I think...

I have several things to say here. First is that I don't remember the WarioWare Demos from Wario World having a higher difficulty level, iirc it was only the 3 stages as normal. Please show me that it's not the case. Second, I'm very surprised that this is new to you, I thought you'd have noticed it since, well, look at the date that video you posted. It's definitely not new. Not criticizing, just surprised is all. And third, that, to me, shows how effective the programing is for this game. It's also funny that not all stages have something beyond level 3, mostly those where thr game doesn't use incremental assets or those where the stage changes completely.

Ok, I see what you mean, they were present, not playable.
The quoted link specifically says "Dodge Balls retains the higher level capabilities present in the demo from Wario World. While in the demo there are only six levels", implying Wario World does feature the higher difficulty levels for at least that one, and one of the replies to Supper Mario Broth tweet says as much. But being a Fake Wario Fan, I don't have Wario World and it doesn't seem there's any footage of the microgame feature in Wario World (understandably, it's a bit pointless) or even a list of which microgames were featured as part of that so I have no way of verifying it for myself :V

edit: nvm, found this and at the end of the video you can find both Dodge Balls and Munch a Bunch go way higher than they do on GBA. The max number of soccers balls on GBA is 4 while the Wario World version goes up to 7, for example.
