Yeah, I wonder about that too. Perhaps he dislikes it but likes the fact Wario is a powerful man in it? Either way, it's a pretty sad habit some WL fans have (which is a shame because I love both series), and he takes it to a worse level by thinking the reason Ware as a whole sucks is because it's "anime crap" (really?).
It's not the typical "anime" style (if we can even consider one to exist), but some characters probably remind him of it, such as Ashley, Kat and Ana, who are "anime looking". But yeah, sadly many WL lovers hate Ware because they blame it for the lack of Land games, so they make a lot of crappy excuses such as the "anime" one.
And making another account would just make himself suspended again, unless he used a proxy and pretended to be someone else... but I don't see why he would do that. It was just for 2 weeks anyway.
