Wario Master of Fart: The most vulgar fan game?

I recently encountered a german Fan Game called Wario Master of Fart. I haven't downloaded it but from what i can tell from the trailer: Wario apparently wants to release the biggest fart in history and fights enemies like Pokémon, Rudolf Mosshammer, Soy Sauce and Adolf Hitler...

People in the comments call it bad and without any niveau...
