Well, it's technically more of a quiz show setup, but it's got the whole 'play random microgames and they get faster every round' thing, so it definitely seems like there's some WarioWare influence here:
GIT's Sly Angle and Move It!'s Galactic Conquest actually had the most Mario Party-like approach to minigames of WarioWare whilst still being true to the latter; fusing Mario Party's longer time limit and competitive nature with WarioWare's conciseness of a single command. It would have been nice if Nintendo Cube was bold enough to do more than a simple quiz without the comforts of an instruction screen... and better written commands would also help; for a few comparisons, I'm pretty sure WarioWare would have used "Watch out!" or "Save him!" for the Bullet Bill microgame instead of the incredibly long-winded "Can you dodge the Bullet Bills?".
