Was the ability to create items and stores in the forum shop removed?

I can't seem to find a way to add items or stores to the shop right now...

If it is still possible, where do you do it?
If it isn't, could it be re-enabled at some point?

Oh sorry, don't think that feature is in this version for some reason.

I'll see if there's a way to enable it again.
