Where is Diamond City Located?

It's never really stated in game, beyond maybe some evidence indicating it's on an island somewhere.

So, where would you say it is in-universe?

I second this concept. Sarasaland is sort of a parallel Mushroom Kingdom, Wario being a parallel Mario in many ways... it makes the most sense to me for Diamond City to be a more modern "tourist trap" locale there.
