Which of these villains should return?

Saw a post about the possibility of the Shake King returning elsewhere, so let's put all the Wario Land villains to the test. Which ones do you want to see back in future games?

I still think Syrup is the only recurring character here I'd enjoy seeing anew. Every other villain served their purpose in their games, though I wouldn't be opposed to exploring the Shake King's dynamic of "Wario who fully indulged villainy" again. Perhaps a more fleshed-out reimagining of Shake It that better showcases his conquest would pique my interest.
Speaking of, is there really a possibility of the Shake King returning? First I'm hearing of it...

There's not much of a likelihood of any villains returning outside of Syrup and Rudy to be honest. But I recall seeing someone elsewhere explicitly ask for the Shake King's return, so he must have enough of a fanbase that people think that's possible.
