All of these series are related to Mario and have been dormant for many years.

The Yoshi series has been dormant for six years, the DK series for 11 years, and the Wario Land series for 17 years.

I think every series will eventually come to Switch 2.

The most likely one is DK. Nintendo has been clearly promoting DK recently, creating a dedicated theme park at Universal Studios Japan and developing merchandise. There will definitely be a new DK title.

The next most likely candidate is Yoshi. Crafted World has been a success, and Good-Feel just released a Peach game, but I think we'll see a new Yoshi game eventually.

Wario Land will likely return eventually, as Nintendo continues to revive dormant franchises (Mario & Luigi, Advance Wars, F-Zero, etc.).

What do you think?

I'm not sure. Though the Donkey Kong franchise seem to have a major boost recently, I think Yoshi might be a safer bet just because it's been consistent over the years. It never went dead, almost each console since the Yoshi's Island on SNES has a Yoshi game (only exception being the GameCube and Wii).

Also when you say DK, do you mean Donkey Kong Country specifically or does it also include Mario VS Donkey Kond ?

No, this does not include the Mario VS Donkey Kong series. Only the Donkey Kong Country series.

I think it depends on whether a third party developer can come up with a compelling pitch for Nintendo. I think Renegade Kid who developed Mutant Mudds tried to pitch a remake of VB Wario Land on the 3DS to Nintendo but Nintendo declined. Though that might have to do with it being Virtual Boy related.

Internally within Nintendo there hasn't been any signs that anyone is going to bat for Wario Land as most of the people who worked on that series are retired or not very active within Nintendo anymore.

It's super simple: Donkey Kong and Yoshi are among the 3 video games that most promise to be on Nintendo Switch 2, Wario Land could have an official video game for Nintendo Switch 2 because Nintendo has been reviving series and maybe Wario Land is one of them. Now between Donkey Kong and Yoshi, it is more possible that Donkey Kong will appear first, because Donkey Kong is taking more strength by Nintendo currently. Yoshi will be the second of these 3 video games to be on Nintendo Switch 2, for sure, because Yoshi is also a series that Nintendo sometimes puts effort into creating video games.
