Why is Mona Pizza named so?

It's obvious manager Joe (or Pizza Joe in Twisted) who's in charge of the Mona Pizza restaurant.

So why is it called Mona Pizza? Any ideas?

Joe sought out Wario for his impressive marketing knowledge to save his failing business and Wario told him "It should be called Mona Pizza, they gonna love it."

Maybe he renamed the restaurant in honour of his favorite employee.
