To be completely frank, I never even thought about the score/coin attack aspect of this game. Maybe I should give it another try. Going for score attack in Sonic 3 & Knuckles was surprisingly fun so perhaps Wario Land 4 could be a good one too.

Oh that's an interesting one. There are definitely a lot of enemies in places that make them impossible or near impossible to collect money from. That said, I suspect people will find a way to get the coins from them anyway. For the longest time...
