this reminds me so much of face raiders for the 3DS
although i was kinda expecting a new warioware game i can uderstand why they didnt choose to do it, making a mobile WW would REALLY damage the sales of both switch 1+2
but what can i say.. its really nice that we're getting a Wario-based game (even if it doesn't have wario on it)

I also heard somebody say it reminded them a lot of Miitomo and they saw some reused assets, I never played it that much but I guess it'd make sense since it's another mobile Nintendo game

This game got me thinking though, is this what WarioWare could've ended up looking like if Nintendo didn't decide to go with the Wario branding? The formula for microgames had already existed with Mario Artist, and then Nintendo decided to cast Wario and then it became a hit series. Also, I feel like a new Wario Land is in the cards and wouldn't it be nuts if this was some crazy marketing decision where the game's already in the works but then they decide to pivot away from the Wario branding so they can highlight his Wario Land identity later? Ok I'm going to stop with my crackpot theories now lol

I wouldn't call this a crackpot theory lmao in fact i agree with you
if the Wario Land rumors are true that could explain why we haven't gotten any new Ware content since 2023
