The early 90's Konami beat em ups like Turtles in Time and The Simpsons arcade game. They were way before my time but still fun as hell!

You should! No emulator beats the real thing. Just keep in mind, the screen brightness might take some getting used to.

The GBA SP looks so freaking epic. If I ever stumble upon one for cheap I am probably buying it.
