    I can totally see why they came up with Move It as the title of the new WW game. Just look at Wario. That's by far the thiccest Wario we've seen in recent years.

    So, what are everyone's thoughts on the Super Mario Bros. Movie trailer? I'm very excited about the film (obviously) and it's great to see that there will be Mario Kart scenes and stuff from so many other games.
    But I still have my doubts on some things, like DK's design, or peach being a tad too young compared to the games. Also, still no sign of the Big Wah or his purple pal. We shall see what more will be announced in the next months.

    I am looking forward to it. I have hope they'll tease Wario, because Foreman Spike will be in it (both designed by Kiyotake). I also loved seeing all the Kongs.

    Yeah, seeing so many Kongs was a total surprise to me, but a very pleasant one; I think a film about Mario's world isn't truly complete without at least one appearance of the Kongs.

    I case you ask because of that post I made; well I don't currently read fanfiction actually, but I'm considering picking it up once again. I used to mostly read lighthearted fanfiction (adventure, romance, comedy, etc.) from the franchises that I like and play the most: Wario Land, WarioWare, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Shantae, Shovel Knight, Mario, Luigi's Mansion, etc.

    I prefer when authors stay close to the original canon, but I don't mind alternative storylines or characters either.
    A few years back, I've written quite a lot of fanfiction myself, but so far I've only posted two Luigi's Mansion stories. The other works are still somehwere in my computer files or in manuscript form in my home rubbish, I think. Either way, most of them were uncompleted, pretty bad, or nothing more than some concepts. Perhaps one day I will compile them and try to finish them, or offer them to someone else to finish them if the former is no longer possible.

    Hey i noticed that played Shantae and the Pirate's Curse! don't you just really like the title theme to it? and Risky Boots's theme?
    And you said you couldn't 100% the dkc trilogy! well I have! i got all the DK coins and got through the Lost World and beat Kaptain K. Rool twice! but it still WAS tough to do though :)

    My profile pic is actually from the "Jammies Mode" of Shantae: Half-Genie Hero. I just chose it because I too often feel sleepy, especially as of lately.

    But I've played all Shantae games so far, Pirate's Curse included. My favourite music from that game is actually the theme from Sunburn Island (or "Tan Line Island" in some versions.) It's just really, really catchy and makes me think of a careless summer vacation. The palace theme, Saliva Island theme, Frostbite Island theme, and so many others are really good too. Composer Jake "Virt" Kaufman is indeed true to his nickname.

    And by the way, congrats on 100%ing the DKC trilogy! That's some true dedication right there!

    Those Forum updates over the years have all in all been pretty good, but it still kinda sucks that copied links are now previewing the video in profile posts, so you can no longer Rickroll people on April Fools day.

    Say what you want about that Saturday Night Live scetch, but Elon Musk in a Wario costume is something that I won't forget anytime soon.

    It was weird to say the least, especially coming from Saturday Night Live. I thought they did talk shows and stuff. Regarding the Elon Musk wario, I couldn't even tell that was him until someone brought it up in the comments. The cheezy joke at the end made it even worse. Overall, it's just kind of weird that grown adults could dress in Mario costumes, cosplay in a murder trial, and upload it to the internet as a psa.

    Bruh, what?! We hit 75,000 posts and broke the 1,000 member barrier at almost the same time and I didn't see either of them?
    This is a true milestone for our Wario Forums. I never thought we would get to 1,000 Wario fans on one forum back when I joined almost 6 years ago. Yet here we are. Now, let's see when we can hit that magical 100,000 post landmark.

    Might be a bit late with this, but I wish a Merry Christmas to everyone here on Wario Forums! It might not be the Christmas we are used to, or hoped for, and times will get better, but for now, it's all we've got, so try to make the best out of it nonetheless.
