Ugh, I think I've been partying too hard last night (And despite what Jimmy T. might think, that's certainly possible) and now I have a hangover and an aching head. But I haven't had a party like this in ages, so all in all, I think it was worth it.
Today I feel an irresistible urge to share with all members of this online discussion platform my utmost joyful feelings that are caused by the arrival of the holiday ¨Christmas,¨ a special winter day that has historically been of great importance for the celebration of the winter solstice, and has been adopted by Christianity to celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ, but has in contemporary ages also experienced an increase in popularity outside the Christian community.
This holiday we call ¨Christmas¨ comes with a large amount of traditions of varying age and degree of adoption, of which the appliance of decorated juvenile specimens of Picea Abies and related conifers to our domestic environments, as well as other means of cosyness-inducing objects such as large quantities of artificial light sources, which could be considered traditions on their own, are the most common, and as such are the ones I have partaken in, as they have the excellent ability to illustrate this extraordinary time of the year, which has given rise to the felicitations you are reading right now.
Spent my time listening to christmas songs the last hour or so, and I agree with many people: music used to be much better than it is today, and that's probably even more true when it comes to christmas songs.
Aw yeah! I'm feeling so great today! After two years of hard work and dedicated studying, I finally graduated from my study.
*Tosses graduation cap into air*
Now I'm going to enjoy a nice long summer holiday.
