    I think it's a shame we haven't got a new 2D game for the GBA and just got remakes of the classic game. I'm curious to see what they could have done. It could have been just what I needed!

    I got a new phone today, and since I'm getting one of those phone gamepad soon I decided to setup Daijishō on my phone. It's really cool:

    Of course I used this occasion to load up a Wario certified GBA library. Here you see that I have a very varied taste in gaming that extends to a whopping 3 franchises. That's a lot, I know.

    Has anyone else here watched the TADC finale? Peronsally, this is the first show I've watched to completion in years and I'm pretty dissapointed by its ending.

    I watched it once my sister found the leaks and holy shit it's shittier. I mean ya, the name already revealed. But I thought it would be like they would get out and reach out to the police ig. 50 plus minutes for what???

    I don't mind the fact that they don't get out but the choice of making the episode almost exclusively about Jax's backstory instead of actually making spending time on the actual characters in the present is pretty questionable to say the least.

    Have you finished Antonblast yet? If so, what were your thoughts on it? Did it live up to the hype?

    Yeah, I did. I originally wanted to redo a run of it in hard mode with Annie before giving my thoughts but I'm not sure if I'll do it so soon so I may as well post my opinion now. I think it's really great game, super fun gameplay loop and mechanics, creative level design, the humor is really funny at times, the artstyle is awesome. I only have 2 gripes with it: A) The levels are way too long. It kind of kills the replayability and makes the levels less memorable. B) The boss fights while cool or way too spammy, I don't have a problem with hard boss fight but some are really unreadable at times.

    I don't know if it's better than Pizza Tower, but I was definitely more hooked with PT. I found hard to compare it to PT actually because they are so different. PT feels like a WL4 and Sonic hybrid and even then saying that doesn't do it justice. AntonBlast feels more like DKC x WL4. Still this is a great game, that I will definitely replay in the future, in other words I will "run that back".

    I think the biggest part of what makes Antonblast so hard, is your health is WAY too low, so there's practically zero room for fuck ups. I think if you started out with 5 instead of waiting until The Crimson Factory to have 5 lives, the game would've been much more doable.


    In a speedy/destructive Wario Land inspired game, you wanna be able to plow through the game without fear or remorse, but when you're grounded to just three lives, you really can't afford to get hit! You're gonna wind up being more cautious or frustrated than anything else.

    I didn't mind the long levels, but I wish they had more themes like WL4 and Pizza Tower had. Especially for a game with only 12 stages.

    The best looking stage imo, was Mysterious Glasshouse. I just wish we got more.

    Also no freezer level in a Wario Land inspired game is bull. :snowmanwario:

    Got my non-final finals tomorrow. Yes because in France you have a final for the 2nd to last year of high school and for the final year. The first exam has just Math and French though, it's lighter. Wish me luck!

    I don't have this one yet. Is that an Annie line? I forgot you could play as her lol, I'll have to play as her to change a bit. They control the same anyways.

    Nope it's the lyrics from Mysterious Glasshouse. You should definitely replay the game as Annie once you've beaten it as Anton.

    I have no idea how I didn't realise sooner that the plot of Kung-Fu Panda 2 is just Moses PBUH's story.

    Since I kinda abandoned WarioWare: Computed! for my original indie game, I'd like to at least make the source code available so that people may use it for their own WarioWare games or whatnot (even if it's not amazingly coded). Issue is, I kinda forgot to note all the credits for the ripped assets and it may take a while to find them all and I'm feeling lazy lol.

    @Goozu If you're asking about what I'm now working, I'm making my own original indie game, think of it as a mix of Mega Man, Wario Land 3 and Super Mario 64. I'll post a gameplay video soon enough when it's actually presentable.

    So I finished Undertale's genocide run... Sans' a fraud. I thought this was gonna a lot harder. In fact, I finished it on the same day I got to him. It took me < 25 tries. I actually think Undyne the Undying was harder.

    I remember it was made on Unreal Engine (which I never used) and it had a lot of reflection effect. I also remember the controls being less rigid akin to SM64. Also, there was an online feature where you could had to specify your region but weirdly enough the only regions available were the UK and Tunisa (I do not come from neither of these lol).

    Maybe it's a future vision. And in a couple years you wind up working with Nintendo and actually end up making that dream a reality. Or you just make it independently but still make it an improvement from the original.

    Would be pretty cool. This is like the fifth night in a row I make a dream that actually seems to have meanig (well at psychologically) so you never know. Maybe it will even be available in other countries than the UK and Tunisia lol.

    For the first time in I've been able to get into anime. I've been watching a bit of Jiu Jutsu Kaisen and Death Note lately. The other animes I've tried in the past, I wasn't able make it past the first couple of episodes.

    I didn't continue Death Note a lot because I don't have the drive to, though I will get back to it. I'm watching JJK with my brother so I was able to keep up with, I'm at the tournament arc in S1 which is kinda boring for now but now brother keeps telling me to get to S2 so I'll keep watching.
