I tried several programs, but they usually work better with a drawing pad, not a mouse, sadly...

Oh well.

If you can use a mouse to draw a decent picture, that's typically a sign of real drawing talent. (I think your gonna become real famous one day Ashley Channel if you keep it up.) Now While I typically prefer to use a pen to draw stuff, I can definitely draw with a mouse if I'm focused and patient enough, (Fun fact: the tracing and coloring of that fanart I created a couple of weeks ago actually took longer then the actual sketches themselves.)

Heh, I used to sketch on my 3DS as a drawing pad, export it into an SD Card, then trace over the sketch with a mouse in Gimp with a higher resolution.
Too bad my 3DS is dead. But honestly it's probably time to get a new drawing pad that doesn't have a shitty resolution.

Agggh, that reminds me that my circle pad just desintegrated itself yesterday... I don't even press that hard on it! Grrrr....
