Tried Pokemon Quest; can't say it's the best game in the world as the battles kinda play themselves and it adopts a mobile microtransaction style.

Winter gets pretty harsh in Diamond City and colds become a problem.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a power-up since it's like a transformation state like Spring Wario etc, and um... being drunk doesn't generally help.
