NSMB2 on it's own was a mediocre experience but I think having Wario as an unlockable would have motivated me more than just a title screen change, especially if I got to USE his moves from Wario Land like the Shoulder Bash and his old power up pots. And honestly, I find Wario's gameplay so fun...

Ironically this plan seems to be backfiring on them - The 2 NSMB games on 3DS and Wii U were mediocre and felt like slightly edited versions of the Wii game ((Hell, unused leftovers from the Wii game are present in NSMBU)), Sticker Star was regaurded as terrible and pretty much "tricked" people...
