Just played the demo for the WarioWare inspired game, Buster Jam, and WOW! that game was dope! The dev team definitely made the right choice going that direction. It's way more fun than their original intended game. It's surreal how many indie games Wario has inspired.

For any other game, I'd agree, but Ribbit was just SPECTACULAR. It has depth without being depressing and is just bizarre as hell. Would highly recommend checking it if you haven't.

My favourite ones that I can think of right off the bat, are WL4 Parallel World Ribbit the Deltarune mod Earthbound Halloween Hack And a lot of the Pizza Tower fan levels made with the cyop mod are really good too. A couple of them genuinely could pass as being official because they're just...

If they get the style right, Hell's yes! But I think if it's a 3D adventure game, it shouldn't be called Wario Land though, it should be Wario World 2 or a new name all together.

That's dope as hell! If they wanted to take a crack at a Wario movie, then I'm all for it.

I think a Wario anime would be cooler. A slice of life WarioWare anime would be damn funny. Or a Wario Land adventure anime would be solid too. I'm not even a big anime person, but I'd watch the HELL out of a Wario one.

Of all the villians to return, Rudy seems the most top tire, but how would you want to see it happen?

You are correct! It's pretty cool how they started with Wario before they made it big with Pokemon.

The gameplay is also much slower than WL4. But again, it's more a feel good game like Kirby's Epic Yarn which was actually made by the same people who worked on Shake It. Shake It isn't a bad game, but it just feels like a lot was missing. The art style and cutscenes we're beautiful though...
