Yeah, it's not on the level of Daniel Primed's book, but it's a interesting take on the subject none the less.

But hey, what do you think of the video?

I actually agree, the game is quite relaxing while being crazy and fun!

It's the only game I go back to a lot, just because it's so soothing and entertaining.

For the most part agree it is relaxing but as for the later parts of the game no, especially the golden passage, not the hardest end game but the pressure was certainly on for 11 year old D.J.

The video is well produced, but he spends most of it summarising the game more broadly instead of presenting examples which support his thesis. He also doesn't explain what he means by "relaxed". By the end of the video he just says that everything he likes about the game makes him feel relaxed. Umm..okay.
