Glad to see that you liked it, I was actually feeling a bit bad that it took this long for me to find something again.
I enjoyed it (and the other two adaptions I found) a lot myself, althought seeing Mario, Wario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Syrup and her crew all together in the same adventure makes the lack of any sort of
Super Mario/Wario Land crossover plattformer even more painful for me.
Also:
This version of Daisy is weeeeeiiiiiiird.

I'm like 4 years late with this, but I can translate some of the page with Syrup rubbing Mario's groin (werelander's post, second picture). First box, I can't read well because it's so fuzzy, but basically something like "Wario, I'm gonna sic Denpuu the Genie on you!"
First/top right panel (Syrup sweating): "Genie Denpuu, please come out."
"Wait, there's nothing."
Next panel (Syrup rubbing Mario's balls): "No way! It's not here!"
"Denpuu, come out!!"
